Suzy McGregor is a creative and engaging high-performance consultant, with extensive business strategy, leadership, learning, coaching and program/project management experience in both multinationals and RTO’s in Australia, NZ and the UK.
Suzy’s strength for communication and creating an engaging team environment and curiosity to learn more about our human experience has enabled her to design and deliver an extensive range of both accredited and non-accredited courses in Leadership, project management and coaching for companies such as Fonterra Australia, Holmesglen and their industry clients including, Cross Yarra Partnerships and Victoria Govt, Trade & Investment. And recently, as part of the Liberate Learning team, she partnered with a wide variety of clients, such as Orica, NRMA, Coles and Slater + Gordon to create human-centered learning design solutions that deliver a significant step-change in business performance.
Suzy’s qualifications include; Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Bachelor of Technology (Product Development), Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science, Diploma of Project Management, Diploma of Packaging, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, ASIST certification.
In her spare time she is active in the Amnesty Australia Feminist Network and Victorian ALC and volunteers at the Glen Park Community Centre Cafe, where she prides herself on making a great coffee.
