Michelle Taylor FCPHR has over 20 years experience in Human Resources across a range of industries, predominately in leadership roles. Michelle is a Fellow Certified Practitioner with the Australian Human Resources Institute (FCPHR).

Michelle is also a qualified Facilitator within the Higher Education sector, delivering accredited training in Leadership and Management and Human Resources. Michelle also writes and delivers a range of non-accredited training.

To ensure mental health is at the forefront of conversations, Michelle has partnered with ShareTree (sharetree.org) to complete Mental Health First Responder Training together with their Culture and Character Practitioner program. The Mental Health First Responders (MHFR) program is a globally recognised certified program that has been developed using psychology and mental health principles and is endorsed by the Mental Health Foundation Australia.

Her heart and greatest strength sits with having powerful conversations. Michelle uplifts individuals by listening, introducing new concepts for consideration, and sharing her wealth of experience, enabling them to gain the clarity to establish a realistic and positive path forward.
Michelle’s Qualifications include; Post Graduate FCPHR, Advanced Diploma of Management, Diploma of Human Resources, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

As a mother to three adult children and G-Ma to a beautiful little girl named Blake, Michelle is family orientated, loves her friends but also finds time to read, write in her journal daily, walk as often as possible and is working hard on increasing her daily podcast list. She enjoys trivia and a Rummikub battle.
