I’ve achieved a lot in my career as a creative and high-performing project manager, innovation manager, facilitator, strategic consultant and ICF certified high-performance coach. But it took me almost losing my life, following a significant health event, to realise that while I was really great at meeting the needs of everyone and everything else in my life, no one was actually considering MY needs. And once I realised the only person I could truly count on to know what I needed was ME, everything changed.
